Copyright infringement claims and procedures

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

FIXRrespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our site.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same types of information listed above, along with a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
